Mother's Day for the year of 2022 is almost upon us. This year it lands on Sunday, May 8th, but I usually try to observe Mexican Mother's Day, or Día de las Madres, which is always on May 10th, no matter what day of the week it is.
This year I'm trying to do different things: work my Tupperware business beforehand and meet some company/personal goals, and possibly go to Del Rio, Texas to visit my mom and sisters. Mother's Day is bittersweet for me, because I haven't always been close to my mother, and I have Impostor Syndrome sometimes. In other words, I don't always feel like I deserve to 1. be a mother, 2. that I'm a mother worthy of celebration, and 3. that I deserve for any amount of money to be spent on me to celebrate my motherhood.
Can you tell I have some mental health issues? Ha ha ha ha! That's why I like Tupperware. I can be me and still run a business when I feel well enough to, or step back a bit when my personal life needs more attention. Tupperware helps me make and keep goals, meet new people, make new relationships, and gives me immediate results through rewards. Tupperware also has such gorgeous products for special occasions!
